In the event of any disagreement with the decision of the certification and the client is unable to resolve with the auditor/account manager, they can lodge an appeal with Regis International Certification within 14 days from the audit date. Regis International Certification will then appoint competent personnel who are independent of the appealed issue. A session will then be arranged to hear from both its clients and its auditor together with physical evidence from the audit itself. The decision will then be made and it shall be communicated fully to both party. It shall be final and binding on both parties. No counter claims will be allowed by either party.
